Returns, Replacements & Warranty

We want every Soilphu tool to work well in your garden. Here's how we handle returns, problems and warranty claims. This page works together with our Refund Policy. If anything here differs from the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy applies. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Changed your mind?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, as described in our Refund Policy.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Email soilphu@mskjec.com first. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be accepted.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is not free. We'll confirm the return instructions and any cost before you send anything.
• We refund after we receive and inspect the item.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

• Send your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the problem.
• For many items we can resolve the issue without asking you to send the item back. We'll let you know if a return is needed.
• One replacement is provided per affected item.

3. 1-year limited warranty

Soilphu products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the delivery date, when used as described in the product manual.

• How to claim: email your order number and a photo or video of the issue to soilphu@mskjec.com.
• What we'll do: after reviewing your claim, we'll replace the item or refund it.
• Not covered: normal wear, accidental damage, misuse (for example forcing or bending a probe in hard or rocky soil), water damage to the display unit, battery leakage, and products bought from other sellers.
